What To Do If I Want Dev Conformation On A Bug.

<div class="IPBDescription">i have asked around and nobody knows it</div> i am not reporting a bug i am simply askeing if there is a way to confirm that the dev team knows about a bug involving recycled comm chairs resulting in an unkillable commander in a CC that does not exist. sorry to do this but this would be a lammer's wet dream if it was known. i have asked in many servers and nobody has known about it. i also never saw it in the bug report forum when it was up.
