You should probably add some details into the large rooms, like some additional textures, pipes, machines and like. The vent's need something to make them look like vents and not holes in the walls, maybe some broken panels and and a different texture for the frames.

It's way too big. Stupidly big. Far too many long corridors and far far too many identical looking rooms. And these vents you spoke of, they're barely even there at all, and regardless of using them, you've no idea where they go. There is not enough detail whatsoever in this map to encourage people to play. Two of the hives (no idea which two since none of them are named) you can pretty much walk down one or two corridors and go straight into them.
1] Please please PLEASE put in location names, everywhere looks the same so it's impossible to tell.
2] The fan sound at marine start, all but about 5%, fades out by the time you actually trek over to the fan.
3] DETAIL. DETAIL. DETAIL.
4] Shrink the entire map, everything is far too big and a skulk doesn't stand a hope of hell in here.
Uninspiring mapping in a "fun" map is usually excused for the fact that the gameplay is fun. I'm sorry, but this map is boring, uninspiring, confusing and far far too big.
Sorry for being quite so harsh, nothing personal like, but this map needs a +lot+ of work.
The Bare minimum.
Take yurr time...dont rush it.
