    Marinespawn, ventilation can be seen in the upper right and left corners.

    Inside the marinespawn, the corridor leads to the central part of the map.

    This is the central part of the map, the vent and the corridor leads to the marinespawn.

    Looks good. A bit empty, but still nice. <!--emo&::marine::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/marine.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='marine.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Slanted support type things tend to break up the wall and keep things looking clean. Maybe (in the first shot) you could have some triangular pieces that start level with the rest of the wall at the bottom, but come out to meet the lighting at the top. If you used the same wall textures there it would still look very clean, but would be more interesting. The way I see it clean usually means fewer textures, not necessarily fewer architectural elements.

    If you're starting out with it as a serious map, keep it going that way. It might be a little harder, but it's a lot more rewarding in the end, and you're off to a good start already. Keep it up. <!--emo&::marine::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/marine.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='marine.gif'><!--endemo-->

    You could stand to shrink the rooms a little.... or fill them up with something. NS is all about cramped spaces... it's the crampedness that makes it all so great.
