It's awsome. I love all the work that you do. Can't wait to see the readyroom. I really like the the TSA logo all over the place, enough, yet not that much.

Holy shmuck.

This looks like frikkin Van Gough. Man KFS, you have talent. That orangey brown tex on the walls and behind the sword logo (Two thumbs up to Fam) is simply amazing. That sky in the last pic is very nice, matches the wall textures in the first two pics very well.

My only complaint is that floor grating in the third pic looks a little haphazardly placed.

really love those textures, very 'luxirious' looking

maybe this could be some kind of cruis liner ship or a space hotel or something? *looks again* bad idea, hell im too tired =/

i don't like the green light in the third pic. red + yellow + green = a pointless brown goo. everything else looks sweet.

I especially like the blue tinted descenter (Well, its the opposite of accenter right? ) lighting next to the log, looks fantastic.

Wow. I really dig the curved feel you have going on the first pic, and the supports seem to be a perfect thickness. The TSA log is great, thanks to Fam . The last pic is really neat, too. The arches you have going are pretty nifty, but I have to agree with Pepa and Pie that the green there is pretty ugly. I can see how they're kind of coming from a source, but the effect of the lights is that they're kind of baseless. Maybe some more grewvy accent lighting around that part would make it look a lot better - as well as a different color, maybe?

All in all...these shots are fantastic, as I'm sure the rest of Eclipse is. .

(The railings don't currently angle down since I'm waiting on a modified texture to do so properly -- just nulled the sides for now)

[edit]
Also, this is the main central route down into the access corridor area from the marine spawn. MS exits left and right with a hallway linking those two to the junction at the end of this shot, then proceeds this way. Obviously.

Looks great, KFS! I just wanted to clarify: that logo isn't the eclipse logo, it's the TSA (marine) logo. One question: why is it on the wall of your installation? Did the aliens infest a TSA base or ship?
• KungFuSquirrelKungFuSquirrel Basher of Muttons Join Date: 2002-01-26 Member: 103Members, NS1 Playtester, Contributor
Ah, should have clarified the logo -- The logo is -based- upon the TSA logo, but is modified with a circumscribing Eclipse in the background. Sorry for any confusion there. I am well aware of the origins, though.

I see the Eclipse station as having a TSA affiliation, yes, but maybe that's just my skewed vision of things. I can change that easily enough, of course, if it's a problem. Well, Fam can. But yes.

It looks absolutly fantastic except for one thing im wondering about, in the second picture why is it that the resource node goes down into that thing? Did 'they' make it go a level down so that they could put that there.. I may not be making any sence it just doesn't seem.. 'real' since NS is quite along the lines of that it just seems weird.. everything else looks great though good job.

apart from the misaligned texture on the right in the last shot (the floor grating) these shots look great.

hbehe, im well aware of that, i was just struggling to come up with flaws =D well not really, but it was kinda glaringly obvious.

Yeah, I knew someone would point it out. Originally the entire hallway was straight, but when I added the angle I just pulled the end vertices straight down rather than making a more 'proper' angling (due to the ringed supports), and so voila! Insta-texture misalignment!
