yeah...cool idea.. marine bodys apearing from nowhere.. and the gestate animation is not functional...so how would you make something to hatch?

It'd add to the atmosphere A LOT. the gestate animation could be like... the legs and arms twitching and the chest bubbling sorta (like things crawling under it) then itll just pop and a skulk would be there or something, itd be cool

dood..do you think i never play aliens? marine body popping out from nowhere and disapearing after afew secs again is more than odd.. i dont see the point with the atmosphere... everything thats distracting ,destroys atmosphere

maybe to you but I think itd be frikin scary to be walkin down a long halway and you look into an Aclove and theres a dead marine laying there with blood and gore surrounding it then an alien pops out and flys at you

THE DAMN GESTATE ANIMATION DOES NOT WORK...NO POPPING AND NO GIBBING

the body will just disapear without playing any animation...and a alien will stand there..

Gestation anim purportedly works in 2.0. We'll see for sure then.

Sheena is right that egg is cool but if the gestate animations don't work how come this one opens before the alien comes out? I have seen it before it is extremely fast animation but its there...

well said Venmoch, wha twe are trying to tell you is that the dead body wouldn't do anything it would just be a dead body with blood and when the Alien hatches the body dissapears, no exploding or anything, just dissapears.
