<div class="IPBDescription">I have no clue</div> I became addicted to NS, and as always, I make a server, it starts off nice 12 people with sub 170 ms pings (running AMX, Newest Metamod), as the games progress the pings get worse and worse (this is normal) after 9 hours of play, the server has changed maps several times I come in to play finding no one in my server, I get in and as a skulk I get 900+ ping, any issues with entities stay on map change?

Previously running 1.04 on my Celeron 800 (1 Gig Ram, RedHat 8 box) I could hit 12 players before it all got lagged to hell (CPU toppign 97% on the hlds process). With the new build of 2.0 on the same machines I hit exactly the same limit with 12 players and high load.
Contrastingly - on the 1.7 Gig AMD (1 Gig RAM, RedHat 7) server I run, previously I hit a player limit of 16 players before topping out - now I've hit 24 with room to spare.
My observations based on this are that 2.0 still requires a big minimum footprint in terms of CPU requirements 1Gig + and plenty of on die cache. However as long as you meet this footprint you will find that individual players do not add a significant load (no-where near what was previously seen). So its good and bad - you are still going to need a decent machine to meet the minimum and Celerons/Durons don't really cut it ...
The entities problem just means that your server is close to topping out - the entity load increase throughout the game is not as much as it was by a long way, but if you are close to maxing out your CPU anyway then its enough to push it beyond its limits.
I hope that helps.
