<div class="IPBDescription">crounch + number (1-5)</div> As comm you can now use squads:

<b>How To Basics:</b>
- press "crouch" + "1" ... "crouch" + "5" to make squads. When making a squad you hear "squad1" and each squad member hears "you`re quad 1" and sees it below its parasited text as long as he is in squad 1.
- When a part of one squad is under attack the squad icon on top blinks red.
- People can only be transfered from one squad to another, building squads always adds the selected people to the quads, never deselects people that are already in that squad but aint selected.
- By pressing "1" ... "5" you quickly select a quad. you can klick the top line too.
- By pressing "1" ... "5" again (or klick) , while the squad is selected, you autocenter to it. (This is tricky on spread quads and high pings).
- By pressing "crouch" and "mic-speak-button" you only speak to your selected marines.
- Squads can also include Structures, or just be some structures. When a structure is in this squad you see the structure icon on top.

= the round marine button top left selects/deselects all players.
= Use 2 different binds to crouch when you use numpad for walking and crouching.

<b>How To Suggestions:</b>
Now that you know the syntax lets discuss about strategies.
A simple "say_team" binding can tell your team what squad you want to use in what way.

- Making the observatory one squad is essential for fast scanner sweeps, for example.
- Making turret farms/base one squad is a good idea when noone is in the base often.

- Squad 1 means, I dont care for you noob, squad 5 means you are important for me, I support you.
- Squad 1 means, stay there and wait, squad 5 means, gogogo I support you with health.
- Squad 1 should Defend, build and wait. Squad 5 should Attack.
- Squad 1 is left side, squad 5 is right side (2 and 4 beeing structures).

<i>bind "z" "say_team SQUAD SETUP: 1=build, defend and repair / 5=Go attack, I will support you (1,5=Left side : 2,4=Right side)"</i>

Without squads "crounch" is correct for most marines. <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
