Booted To Console

<div class="IPBDescription">ummm....read above</div> This may not be an NS specific question but it seems to pop up the most when playing NS. Besides, its much more annoying here for everyone involved, especially if I just went Onos or got some HA and HMG.

I'm also sure that its mentioned somewhere else in this forum at some point, but most people like to make titles like "Please Help" instead of the actual subject.

I consistently get booted to console, not kicked by anything that leaves a message, but just wham, I'm in my console. No board I have been able to find has any information other than that it happens to a lot of other people as well.

Can anyone tell me why this is going on or if its one of those unsolved mysteries?

    i get that a few times when my clans server decides its either gonna crash, or get reset, so that could be whats happening. Try reconnecting, see if it keeps retrying next time it happens. If it does, chances are your nets dead, or the server is.

    I got a quick Q, where you typing each of these times? (or possibly JUST finished?) b/c that is when it seems to crop up on me...

    i have the exact same problem, that the game just suddenly goes to console, and hl freezes and and i can't do anything. i have to exit hl via ctrl+alt+del and then reconnect, and it keeps on happening. gets really on my nerves.... i hate it when it happens when i'm comm. (Note: the server doesn't crash nor does my internet conn, its just me) plz help <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
