Nvrefreshtool Broke My Comp!

2 Days ago I was reading Roob's Guide to fps, and i went to go download the refresh fix for the NVidia cards. And downloaded and installed it and when i pressed default and exited out it said i needed to restart the comp for the changes to take effect. When the comp restarted it got to the point where the desktop is about to come up and then it shut down. This happens evertime i boot up the comp now. I cant play NS with a broken comp, can someone plz help me?

    I very much doubt that could have broken your PC.... What gfx card you got? Actually it may have messed up the .... bah.... what am I talking about Ive never had that problem, sorry!!

    i would hit f8 when boot up, go into safe and reset the refresh rate , im guessing the refresh rate is too high. I would use Reforce, great refresh tool, and easy to reset the refresh rate to default.
