Custom Spray Issues

<div class="IPBDescription">converting to wad w/o wally</div> For whatever reason, Wally will not operate on my system. It crashes every time i try to open it.
Anyone know a different program or procedure that can convert a .bmp to a .wad successfully?

tried it. Found HLC logo creator, but it works strictly for HL and i have the cs retail. It doesn't like cs retail, as it makes you look for your HL.exe file first, and wont recognize cstrike.exe as the right thing. =(
Is there some back door way through photoshop or something that will work?

if you use hl logo creator from robster productions, just use cstrike.exe as hl.exe - its quite the same - and only needed for directory finding.

uncheck the buttons for hl/cs,
and click to create a .wad anywhere (check the [save it to...] box and type the path to your ns folder - or just use the browse function)
