Frustrated Com

I tried my hand at comming for the first time over the past couple of days and I'm getting pretty good at it. I tell you you have to multitask like a madman! I see why most coms lose because they can't handle the pressure of 3 or 4 battles going at once and marines whining for guns and health while trying to tech up. so whats my reward for attempting the best i can and getting 6 nodes up and electrified and lvl2 weapons and armor, and lvl3 upgrading? I get ejected because I didn't hand out HMGs to the damned noob cs players when I wasn't ready to yet. I was trying to expand and invest our res on the RT defense. but I get ejected and then some other guy hops in and build a massive turret farm in the main base and doesn't give orders to anyone, just hands out weapons and turtles in. we lose all the res nodes I had gotten to onos and bile bombs. I've never gotten to finish a game as com because some noob always ejects me or my game crashes(happens quite frequently) Why eject the com when hes secured 6 res nodes vs 3 alien res with one hive locked down?
I wish people would stop pestering me for weapons. Especialy for me to drop guns on THEM, how selfish. its one thing to suggest a new strategy or tactic for your com to try, like lets do a shotgun rush or ha assault with HMG, no these people say"I NEED A GL!!111 FAST" they spotted a couple of OC somewhere and think its important that they kill them... if I wanted to go there, I would hand out a GL, but I'm focused elsewhere so I don't want to give out GLs it would be a waste of res! You only need one GL per squad, but everyone wants one as if its a railgun or something. When I do need to drop heavy weaponry, the people who sit by the armory and whine are the last ones I equip. I reward the players who follow orders.

I like that you can change teams now without reconnecting.
On a side note, what the hell is the vote percentage needed? It seems like less than 50%
'Ok, listen up nubs. Continue to whine, and prepare to receive waypoints on your face for the rest of the game. Oh, and I'll also make it a point to deprive you of ammo, medpacks, heavy weapons and HA/JP. Happy now? Good.'
My version of that phrase usually includes a couple *cough* of expletives aimed at specific players that've been **** me off, but that's just me. Not much you can do to avoid being ejected, but usually (if you've proved you know what you're doing) this won't happen. I guess communication is the key, if you explain why you aren't giving out big guns people generally accept this. If not, there's nothing you can do about it. If you do get ejected, either leave and try and find a decent server, or join aliens and hamm0r them.
Anyway, with how many ungrateful little so-and-sos out there, I'm perfectly happy skulking to munch on their arses.
I've also seen some server who have the vote to eject turned off. Great idea for the first month with the new 2.0
There is always someone wanting large weapons. If I give expensive weapons to marines and they run after some gorg and get devoured. I don«t think that«s a bad thing. There a a lot of newbies who just don«t know how to play the game. They don«t know that teamplay is not just better - it is necessary (at least for marines). How could they know if they are still unexperienced? Just give them large weapons and let them run into traps. They will learn after some time that they will have more fun with their weapon if they stay with their squad and don«t get killed in some dark, creepy hallway.
Handing out guns only to *good* marines is impossible in the heat of battle.
Just remember how we all started playing and wanting to try out that new shiny weapon.
btw I more often get into shity situations with *skilled* players skipping my orders and going straight for a hive and getting killed on the way.
We won with 400 res to spare and the entire team equiped! So I like saving up res, I still win.
