??
Me personally dream theater, sentenced & faith no more. I was curious what other people listened to when playing ns of those that use the built in music player.
I just use winamp, it seems to work just as easily if you have the system resources to spare. Mostly a mix of classic rock and the few 'good' new artits that are out, i.e. tool/perfect circle (And yes I know Menard is in both)
I just listen to the default tracks, as they fit the game well. In 1.04 I had pieces of the Aliens soundtrack, and a few bits of ambient electronica in there - just things that suited NS's atmosphere.
If you have played Red Alert 2 then you have probably heardHell March (at least thats what it was called in the first game). In a Heavy Armor rush this music is just perfect.
I just use Winamp. Trance @ Digitally Imported

Stuff that actually fits in with NS, like the default songs, and most of the Matrix Reloaded soundtrack, which, while not really being what you would call "ambient" still manages to somehow work perfectly with NS.
roX on w/ teh Aphex Twin. if my system could handle music + NS at the same time, I'd mix Aphex Twin, Thievery Corporation, Soul Coughing, Modest Mouse, Led Zep...

I deleted all of the ambient mp3's that were in there in the first place, just for the small FPS boost I get out of it.
On a Clanmatch i disable music
Edit: It's Manyard.
Ride of the Valkyries + Lerks = sets the mood.

Too bad it interferes with my mic though.
