I had some problems in game such as the screen blurring together every now and then and i assumed if i switched my graphic card from opengl to something else it would fix it. I switched to software and the game instantly closed, now everytime i open NS or any other mod the game well come up to the main screen for a split second and then it closes.
Ive tried reinstalling both NS and DOD as well as repairing DOD so the problem isnt with the game settings as they would have been set back to default when i reinstalled. I beleive when i switched the setting in game it switched something in my computer settings and I cant seem to find it anywhere.
What i need to find is a way i can switch back to my previous graphic setting without having to go back to the in game settings Or try to find what was switched in my computer settings.
Thanks for any feedback.

Right click on the icon > Properties
Target: "C:\Half-Life\hl.exe" -game ns -console -gl
(or if you have CS Retail: "C:\Sierra\Counter-Strike\cstrike.exe" -game ns -console -gl)
I play HL (and mods) with OpenGL 1024x768.

Blurring? Hmmm.... Have you checked out your advanced video settings?
These shots are from google.com (they don't 'match')
Right click on your desktop > Properties > Settings tab > Advanced button

Look for an answer in there, beware for messing some options can seriously hamper performance.
