<div class="IPBDescription">:)</div> Ok here it is, you can thank Toyoch for the hosting, it -may- be a bit slow for some people but it's still pretty good. Also I couldn't include the music because it was too big for the webspace. Put the titles.txt in your /ns dir if you want the titles to have more of a "Starcraftish feel". Anyway, here it is.

Dont forgett to ad it to the official release topic
i changed some of the sounds myself, so i got some suggestions for you:
-medics heal sound for medpack, fits in better and sounds nice
-cc under attack sound for marines and rt and structure under attack sounds for aliens shouldnt be replaced imho
-c10 rifle sound for pistol. i like this one best <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
-siege tank fire in normal mode for shotgun fire. makes no sense but fits in perfectly
but the pack is very nice, the 1.0x ultralisk and drone mdls already had custom sounds included i think.
mustve been quite some work with that, it took me hours to change only some sounds, so great work <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
1st post btw, yay <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
great.
Couple things:
1) You've got a lot of the original NS 2.0 sound files in there. You could probably cut your file size down a bit if you left them out.
2) Sorry for not reading your earlier post. I did the SC Marine Vox Pack for NS 1.04. I just read your "coming soon" post. I can see why you'd leave out my original commander voice sounds, but why did you leave out the "objective completed" sounds for the marines? I gave 'em a listen and they sound like the default NS ones.
3) My pack needs to be updated with the three new "Roger that" marine sounds, and the commander's "You're squad X" sounds. Unfortunately, right now I'm busy with other NS sound projects and don't have the time to update my SC Marine Vox pack. By the way, the crash issue with the "Mind if I tag along" sound was fixed a *long* ways back. The SC vox pack is still available <a href='http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/daoctotalsound/SCMarineVox1_2.zip?download' target='_blank'>HERE</a>. Of course, if anyone finds it's crashing with the latest version, please let me know!!
spider mine sounds for the mines. the metallic burrow sound for placing, and the robotic peeps when a marine walks over it. i got them in 1.0x, fits perfectly
replace the rt idle sounds with the sounds of the refinery/extractor
pickup ha with goliath ready sound and the pickup jp with the wraith ready sound.
again, just suggestions
ah, and you can replace "chuckle" with the "BCrWht00.wav" file in /misc/critters <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->
its the music from the broodwar intro, and would make a perfect replacement for a file in ns/music, ns_titlescreen for example <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
even if ur not interested in, give it a shot, the music is great!
put it in, tho
put it in, tho <!--QuoteEnd--> </td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'> <!--QuoteEEnd-->
It IS in the pack.
and i tried the music ingame, its awesome. if you dont want to include it in your pack, youll force me to do my own <!--emo&::nerdy::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/nerd.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='nerd.gif'><!--endemo-->
<!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
<b>put it in, tho</b> <!--QuoteEnd--> </td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'> <!--QuoteEEnd-->
as the sound is in the sc soundpack, i think he wants to have it included in the muta model zip. thats what i meant <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->
It contains the old files, which just makes it larger, and it uses sound<b>s</b>\. Sound is the real folder.
Just nitpicky me.
