Seems like you want a list of mapping programs so you can choose the one you like most if i interpret your post right. Well there are the official editor: Valve Hammer and the two community projects QuArK and QeRadiant. You will find the Hammer at the link above.
    QuArK is here: <a href='http://www.planetquake.com/quark/' target='_blank'>http://www.planetquake.com/quark/</a>
    Radiant is here: <a href='http://halflife.qeradiant.com/' target='_blank'>http://halflife.qeradiant.com/</a>
There are some tutorials on this forum about configuring Hammer or QuArK for NS. Use the search function <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo--> and good luck!

The collective also has links to each of the editors that NerdIII suggested.

OK i got Hammer but i have to get a .FDG file for natural selection. I went to hammer's site but it tells me that the file is no longer there to download. Does anyone have any ideas?<!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo-->

I have an idea, read one of the many mapping guidelines and stop posting such incredibly basic questions on this forum =\
<a href='http://www.geocities.com/adam_tebbutt_mckern/ns.html' target='_blank'>This one is pretty good, check the FAQ for more.</a>

And for the record, the ns.fgd file is in your Half-Life\ns\ folder.

<!--QuoteBegin--></span><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>QUOTE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin-->This forum is -not- for questions about how to map. This forum is for questions about how to use the NS specific entities, NS specific design specifications, and NS concepts within a map.<!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->

From the FAQ that everybody is supposed to read before posting in this forum.
