<div class="IPBDescription">Map idea</div>i dont know how hard this could be, and i cant do it myself because i dont know how. but you could make a map like in a trash dump. maybe a planet has gotten so bad TSA has decided to make it the biggest trash dump ever. and then the aliens took control of a sector it and its like a big trash dump with aliens and marines. but of course my idea would need to be expanded on...but its just an idea...

sounds a bit like a movie i once seen wen a marine gets dropped on a trash planet and mmets a buch of ppl that have been stranded there for years then a bunch or marines come and kill them all , ah well life isnt perfect <img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'>

Doesn't quite make sense to me. Why would the TSA be sent in to 'save' a trash dump?

Sure there noone to save in the other NS maps, but the reason the TSA troops are sent in is because of economy. If all these infected ships, stations, bases, etc, were just left and forgotten then millions of <insert currency here> would be lost. Human life is cheap, though - so they just send the grunts in to take them back.

But a trash dump? Just let 'em keep it if they want. <img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

mmm........well maybe it could just be a trash dump adjacent to a base and they have a hive in it, the hive just happens to be in a good strategic location to raid the base so the TSA has to take them out? would that work...i just allways wantedt to run thru a trash dump and shoot aliens for some reason........

i remember that movie, with Jean Claude VanDamme, wasn't it? or was that universal soldier? anyways, i know the one you're talking about...

but back on topic, maybe it could be a waste processing facility, instead of just a dump, then it would have more of a purpose...

but with a processing facility it would be logical, because they need to facility so they can get rid of the trash and use the trash to creat other things...its liek recycling

By the way, the movie was called Soldier and did have JCVD in it. He played some kind of cloned super soldier that was replaced by the newer and better version and got dumped on that trash planet. Of course he killed all the new clones when they came to finish him off...

I think it might be fun to have such a waste dump as map but, as everybody else said, it would be pointless to save trash, so you would have to have a truly amazing story behind that.

You need a reason to send Frontiersmen on a trash-planet? Maybe something important crashed on it and must be saved? Maybe a new technology or sth?
