    Its native res is 1280x1028. I need to run HL in 1280x1028. But HL doesn't have that resolution option.

    My Flat-panel has a native resolution of 1024x768, but it also has the options in HL, mainly D3D to achive much higher resolutions. Maybe you need either:

    1. A new video card/drivers

    or

    2. Run HL in D3D instead.

    Don't know if it'll work on your comp, as pretty much all comps are different, except the ones in my computer lab at school....

    it should be in the video mode options if you monitor supports those resolutions, maybe you havn't got the right driver installed?

    Well, if Windows can do it, that generally means any other program that can support it does. At least in my experience. HL is the only game I have that won't run it in 1280x1024. Damn you Valve! :E

    I can run HL up to 1600x1200, try installing some drivers for your monitor.

    Mine goes up to 1600x1200...but it skips past alot of resolutions. :/

    Why not choose 1280 then? It's right there.

    lol guys.

    the problems is a TFT got 1280x1024 pixels.

    HL only support 1280x960. what is actualy a correct res.

    only 1280x1024 is wank <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->

    anyway. Due that the TFT got 1280x1024 pixels all other resolutions are screwed. Grapics are very poor on a TFT running 1280x960.
    I got the same problem with my TFT. But after 2 weeks u wont notice it anymore. Only if you switch back to a CRT.

    I guess I just have to settle for 1028x764 eh? And I'm NEVER going back to CRT. TFT is just sexier.
