<div class="IPBDescription">pics.</div> Ibe been revising nirvana for 2.0 and al i gotta do now is a last compilation to fix some light and brush issues. This new version will have 3 weldables compared to the 1 it had for 1.0x. Ive also changed 1 rute way to a hive (maintenance). here you got the layout.

    You can PM him or look for the old thread that says they need new maps, I'm sure he would take it.

    i emailed flay he told me we can still submitt maps. I need to fix the minimap bug (its cut up and down) and compile again. then ill send it.

    By themselves the screenshos aren't really jumping out at me, but i'm sure i'll be corrected in-game.

    Have you run a 'sharpen' filter on those in photoshop?

    I mean all looks fantastic but I'm a little confused:
    a) if you ran a sharpen filter - why?
    b) if you didn't -why your models look all kinda... crumbly?

    mmmm i do use the sharpen tool cause i like the looks. I dont know why i use it, really, its only a matter of liking it. It reminds me of quake sometimes....dunno.

    Ive got exams next week so Mart expect the map to be ready to test for thursday or friday.

    can i ask how u got the orange triangular lights on the floor there. Ive had a hell of a time trying to really get similar effects.

    its just the light_enviroment that you see there. I have some suports up there so it cut the light in pieces and does that effect on the floor. its really easy.

    mmm updating threads.


    This is the old "double node" part, which has the weldable at the left. I moved the node to processing room #3 (which is going through that door and then right). I added the door to cut throught the 3 rooms, as all are joined by a mini-corridor, adding the door there will help in making pple think they are really seperate rooms.

    But i personaly would like to see a little more crisp or harsh lighting. With some high gamma spot lights and colours.
    And that "lightborder" in the latest pic dosent really look good :/

    which textures are you referring to? the upper ones?
