You've probly become good at FPS fixing now. So my friend has a PIII 700mhz 128mb ram but is running NS at 11fps
Should run NS fine? Way above spec...could be some graphics card prb?
Matrox g400 with some old drivers - he dont no how to update and i didnt want to mess up his comp (the newest ones were from feb 02)
Running NS on D3D on 16bit colour as Open Gl is not supported.
Any help?

And if he has a via motherboard, make sure he installed the latest 4in1 drivers. Via Mobos without these drivers are damn slow.
