Crashing, Happening A Lot In Ns

<div class="IPBDescription">Yes i did use the search tool</div> Well i tryed to search for a another topic like this but i got a load of errors :/, well this has only just started happening over the past 2 days, when i play ns online mainly when im a commander, my half life crashes its getting really annoying, it never used to do it until a few days ago.

Any help would be great.

    'crashes' simply tells us that HL stoped working in some way shape or form

    there are tones of diff types of crashes so we need to know EXACTLY what goes bad and WHEN

    so does it CTD (crash to desk top) with no error, with an error?
    does it freze, can yuo get outa the freze?
    does your computer mesteriously reboot (you probably are actualy gettign a BSOD then) do you actualy get a BSOD (blue screen of death)?
