<div class="IPBDescription">Read</div>I have decided since I cannot playtest I want to help with the site, or build another site for them. Although I would need hosting. Things I wish to do for them or can do are as listed below.

1.Chat Room
2.NS'S very own search engine
3. Postcard script
4.Advertising to bring donations from interested bussinesses (I.E Popups)
5.Logging and Statistics
6.Wireless web scripts (So those with cell phones can browse NS away from home)
7.CGI games
8. Easy to use File managment
9. Libraries and Modules.
10.CLocks Calenders and Countdown Scripts
11.Audio Management
12. Homepage Communities (Allowing visitors to create their own pages on your site, uses preset scripts IE Geocities.
13.Interactive Stories
14. Logging Accesses and Statistics
15.Mailing Lists (I can run those also)
16. Password protections (Practically impervious, yes..I have played wargames, I know how to keep information from those who do not deserver it.)

17.Cookies
18. Weather updates, headlines
19.Database Manipulation Scripts
20.METAR Decoder
21.HTML extension programs, used to Parse additional tags
22. Website Promotion

    I'm not sure if all this stuff is a good idea, I wouldnt be too interested in turning the NS page into a web portal where AOL kiddies make their own sites and check the weather

    That's all well and good, but I only use the webpage to check for news about the game anyway. Most of the other stuff is already handled quite nicely by the Readyroom folks.

    The key to a good fansite is to provide a unique service that is relevant to the fan base.  Much of the stuff mentioned is already being handled by fansites (many hosted by the readyroom.org), some other stuff is just not relevant.

    When Flayra announces a release date I am soo going to have a countdown script an all my pages.
