(edit to avoid bump) And no, it's not particularly funny. It's more of sad that they bothered. It looks like an extra-low-budget Ed Wood short, or monsters from Power Rangers wandering in and setting fire to things... not even with flaming breath, but with a rolled-up newspaper stuck in the fire. They could have gotten better effects with rubber masks and non-hidden fringes, instead of what looks to be foamed latex and putty appliques.
In short, it looks more like a college film-student bit than anything the RIAA would seriously use as pubilicity. (/edit)
