Max_errordistance

how do i fix this?
i always try to search on the ns forums, but as of late i get "the page cannot be displayed" after i perform any kind of search. I remeber someone posting in a topic telling someone how to stop max_errordistance from repeatedly showing up in console on steam....
does anyone know how to do this

I've heard this complaint from many people during play, and someone (I believe his name was |x| in the game) gave me the solution.

In your NS directory open (or create) autoexec.cfg and add this line at the bottom:

    alias ex_maxerrordistance ""

Save the file and re-run NS.

    Sticky this.
I have had a server of 20 people be reduced to 10 because of this.

IT also works if you just add it to your config.cfg file at the bottom OR add a line to exec userconif.cfg file Create and add the line in userconfig.cfg.
