<div class="IPBDescription">lighter wanted ^_^</div> Okay after 2 and a half days of work I have a fully textured, fully constructed map about 99% finished, only lacking one thing: lights <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
The reason for this is I can't do lights for peanuts... every time I do they turn out looking bland and boring, so I'm looking for someone willing to light it for me.
Here is the layout of the map atm (yellow is rooms, blue goes under yellow and green is where there is a transition between the two levels).

The map is based upon the green wall texture set, as this has not been used much in official maps. The setting is the TSA are attempting to clean out the sewer/maintenance systems of a large ship that have been hit with a kharaa infestation.
Understandably there are no good shots of the map, but heres two early ones i took to show someone somethings:

<img src='http://merkury.orcon.net.nz/fop1.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image'>
If anyone is willing to light this map, I'd be very grateful <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

He is asking for sombody to put lights in it. Maybey you should read what he said.
however it should be enough to give you an idea of the architecture of the map:

Also here's a picture of the layout:

The current map version has both readyroom + alien spawn as well as working lefts and pipes that aren't missing faces and/or are unfinished <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
I had joined WMD's local server as he was testing his map (did I ever mention how great steam is? As if you could do that so easily on a won system...), and we ran around it for a while....
After we go sick of not being able so see anything, he recompiled a fullbright version, and the map is actually pretty cool. What you can't see from the top down shots is the way everything layers really well, so you're going to see a lot of people having to shoot directly up or down in some places (along with fades, lerks and JPs being given some cool geometry to play with in order to pwn all the other nubs)
Meh, I could light it if you want.
Gizza PM or shout in NSRadio if you want meh.
I'll get a full version of the *.rmf to you two as soon as I fix up a couple of problems with textures <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
