Available Weapons In Combat Maps

<div class="IPBDescription">Welders?</div> I know the mapping guidlines for co maps says it's basically the same except for a few things, but weldables are never mensioned. I'm thinking there's a fairly key point where i'd like to put a weldable, but i'm not sure since there won't be a commander and i don't really now the exact details of how marines will get weapons. It's sorta key to the entire layout of the map, so if i could get an expedient response that would be good. Thanks

    Yes. The current maps don't have any weldables to my knowledge but Flay would still like to see weldables in the maps.

    I think Chromeangel was one of the first ones as well. I'll be submitting mine sometime tomorrow or this weekend... just need to add a ready room, a couple of lights and some investation to my hive room... and it should be playable! <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

    i recall flayra or someone from the staff said there's no welders/weldables in combat

    actually KFS is yet to release his co_ map for playtesting. We ae currently playing ns_angst(Chromeangel), ns_pulse(tommyd) and ns_damios(Hypergrip).

    i only found out about the Combat mode 3 days ago, and believe me, i have been mapping ALL DAY LONG... I've finished the marine section of the map now. All that's left is the alien section and the ready room... gah.. i should probably stop. it's 4:10am

    co_ prefix mouse not ns_, also welders are in ns: combat, someone has to upgrade one, but i believe flay did express a intrest/want for mappers to try using weldables for co_ maps.
