Two - Obviously your friend is much better of a person then you since she hugged him, and never hugged you.
Three - You can't expect to just sit back and wait for her to all of a sudden love you, do something about it. Your friend did.
Four - Pay closer attention in english class, for all of our sakes.
Yes. I agree. Bad idea.
My advice: Walk it off, crap happens, thats what growing up is all about really...
I almost have it..

Sharing personal experiences with a bunch of strangers.. maybe that is a green light that something is wrong. Oh, yeh, and that whole crying thing could also contribute to it.
My suggestion? If you're crying over a hug with just a friend, maybe relationships aren't for you.
This, of course, will take a bit of practice but it's a skill you should learn. And as others have said, women generally don't like sappy piles of goo. They want to spend their time CHANGING you into a sappy pile of goo. Don't ask me why. Nobody knows. That's just the way it is.
I have seen freaks with no arms get great chicks in high school, so unless you have no arms and no legs(which still could get the ladies) goto high school and have fun.
P.S. Dont act like a fish, but dont deny it when you are asked....
Just food for thought....
Number one, teenage years are crappy and awkward. A lot of stupid, emotional, nutty things are going to happen. A lot of good things will happen too, but it gets lost in there sometimes. Do your best to learn from every mistake you make.
Number two, don't burn any bridges. It may be painful to be friends with a girl when she's dating someone else, but that's a test of friendship. Are you willing to throw out three years because of what happened one night? Keep her number in your rolodex.
Number three, well, I've lost my train of thought. Cursed television. Let's see, you've got to learn from what you do in your teenage years, you need to keep your friends around, and this awkward phase doesn't last forever. And Spooge summed it up pretty well: chicks don't want to date someone who cries too much, unless they've caused it.
Then again, that period of my life was rather emotional...

oh and a hug means nothing. hell my friend amy used to kiss me on the cheek occassionally. just a friendship thing to them...
Saying no to being a girl's friend, or being upset when she hugs someone else is not only being selfish and possessive, but a BAD way to get the girl.
I may not be with Emily, but once she realizes this guy is an ###, I'll be there for her. When it comes to girls, sometimes it's best to show them how you really are, let them know how you feel about them, and just let time kick in.
Spanish= Useless.
But yeah, Gazaar is right. Don't get upset, don't burn your bridges, and above all, don't be upset by in-decisiveness, they all do it.
