  something happens each time I try to download, whenever it reaches 6 percent it just stops. Any suggestions?

  I dont know. Somone might mirror it for you. But other than that try to restart your computer and restart your internet connection. Something might be wrong with your connection at the moment, and do a virus scan while your at it.

  I got it. . . edventually
  
  What I had to do is click on theh download, and it would download 5-10 percent and then freeze. I click download again then it would resume the download and then download another 5-10 percent. I repeated about 15 times until I recieved the whole thing.
