Please do not post more lists: e-mail me at Dragon_Mech@Hotmail.com and I'll make a full list of names (and if you want, i'll list the callsign of the person reporting the cheater.)

****. NS has a huge player base, with obvious possibilites of 2 people having the same name. You show no proof of this person cheating and don't even have a demo or their won id.
Really, this is A) a waste of time and B) a bad idea in general. Server admins can deal with cheaters as they catch them.

Although cheaters are bad, if these cheaters are on WON, it is no point since this system will be soon eradicated (or so they say.) so It might be a waste of time.

If it is against the rules, my mistake. The server admin will just delete post.

You shouldn't make posts about anger... Anyways its sometimes normal to get pwned, and yes, I have seen people pick up their computers, become a wild animal and throw it to the ground (lan cafe movie).

As there are no cheats that "increase damage" I'd say you should leave the cheat reporting to the server ops - most of us generally know what we're doing.

Most server ops prefer to see cheaters in action themselves, to avoid banning someone on anyone else's word. A list like this is really not going to do any good without proof (e.g. demos), and even then it will all go to hell as soon as another forum member gets named and goes off on the accuser.

So, locked.

Community efforts to start blacklists have best intentions, but end up ultimately with a list of random persons and lack of proof or very unsubstantial proof.

You found some cheaters. Good Job. Get your local server admin to ban them, but this isn't really something that you can do or get admins to do just by word of mouth. Besides that, in the words of Detective Smecker, "This has personal written all over it."
If you want a hackers blacklist, get a job at Valve and implement it through steam. Or perhaps create a plugin for metamod or something that runs off of a substantiated hacker list.

But the problem remains:
I could say... Hey that [C*B] Elven Thief guy has got mad commander hax and attempt to get him banned. But we all know it's the skill

I'm locking this thread because, we've seen a lot of this type in the past. It's more popular among the server admins on that forum, where this kind of post might last a little longer without ridicule. However, it is not constructive to the community, and it's quite possible you could offend many established members as well as create a large blacklist of random name on unproven charges. I hope you understand.
