But I found that I can only play the multiplayer game, is there a single model in this game? And are there any bots(just like CS) in this game? I can't find a a person playing with me, so I want to find a way to play a single game, just me VS computer.

You can set up your own game and play with bots if you wish.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by this. If you would like to find NS servers to play with other people then you need to use the filter settings on the server list within NS. make sure you set the game to NS, and that 'not full' and 'has people playing' are both selected.
Even better there is a very good free program called the All Seeing Eye which lets you find servers before you start up NS and it is much more powerful than the ingame search.
