Would This Prank Work?

Just thought this up, me and a friend have been waging war against eachother and I just thought up this prank. He owns huge, white van that he drives to school everyday.

Slightly crack an egg and tie string around it. Tape end of string to correctly measure spot on van. When van starts moving, egg rolls off the back, catches on the string, and comes back, gooping up one window. (still want the poor sap to be able to see behind him in rear view mirror) would this work? The van is huge and he wont see the egg on top.

or, even better yet, cut the break lines, and replace the airbags with baskets of eggs!!!!

good prank btw. very origional to me. I can only see 1 problem. if he starts off slow, then the egg might not roll back, because the egg's momentum would be able to become similar/equal to the van's momentum. If he's the kind of guy who speeds off down the street liek he's trying to escape from murderers in his house, then i dont see that as a problem. Why stop with just eggs? In my opinion, a well placed car bomb is the *ultimate* prank to pull on your friends. Blow the car up in a fiery inferno...hilarity ensues!

He'd have to accelerate <b>really</b> slow if the egg was to stay on the same spot.. the surface of the egg is not flat, and the coefficient of friction between the egg and the van is quite low (unless the van needs a new paintjob)

Bunch of clowns, all of them... Yeah I think this could work. The innertia of the egg will want to keep it at stopped position but van will take off rolling the egg towards the back like you planned. The acceleration of the van, however, shouldnt be enough to keep it in the air after it clears the back of the van and should have it hang off the back. Whether it'll have enought force to break back there remains to be seen i suppose. Idealy he'd have to accelerate quickly from the stopped position for this to work properly, and in a straight line. Might want to wait until he's parked facing out (ie, didnt back it into spot).

Or better yet, buy some tire tacks and place them nicely so that all 4 of his tires will get flat.

Then when he goes out of his van to check what had happened, throw some <b>eggs</b> at him.

the bast car parnk i've seen, is when my one of my uncels conected a wire from the spark pulg if the engine to the crack in the drivers seat. he then placed a grounding wire fromt he cracked seat to the frame of the car. when my other uncle started the car, he was electricuted on the but and the keys fromt hr ignition till he could gain his sense and turn off the car.

On the otha hand, a "Bomb" prank would be nice. Stick a fake bomb somwhere he won't notice until he's started the car and its moving. Then stick a note somwhere he won't notice until he's started the car and its moving. In the note, put "Theres a bomb in this van. If you go below XXmph/kmph it will trigger the bomb."
Next, go to the TV, turn on to whateva news channel you watch. And watch the idiot run around with cops behind him. <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'>

As for the egg....just make sure the shell is slightly cracked,because if it is too cracked,it would break off and goop the car too easily,but not too little or else the egg will have a higer rate of goopin failure,which you don't want

best one is to get loads of little paper circles from the hole punch and put them in his car vents. set it up so the fan comes on when you start the engine (dont want him to be distracted) and watch the chaos

This is something i've HEARD works but never gotten around to trying it myself.
Get a can of shaving foam and put it in the freezer for 24 hours.
When its completely frozen solid use a hacksaw or similar to slice the top of the
can off. (The bit with the nozzle type thingy). Then place the can in your friend's
van (under a seat or somewhere he won't notice at frist glance).
Eventually the frozen foam reacts with the air as it thaws, and can apparently
fill a car with expanded foam.

Damn, beat me too it. But I can improve upon it though. Half fill it with something (use your imagination) and <i>then</i> tape it on. Not only will he will he **** himself everyone else nearby will be covered with it's contents. They will not be very happy at him.
