It's not finding any servers at all, or just not listing NS servers?
For me it is listing only a few NS servers, though it seem to list more if I launch NS and then bring up the server list. The problem with launching first then searching for servers seems to be if it needs CD and you didn't start it, you then have to exit out, start CD and then get back in.

I have experienced the same problem after a NS-crash. Check your taskmanager, and see if hl.exe is running several times. If so close the biggest one, which is a unclosed process after your latest hl game.

The 'leftover' hl.exe also prevents most other multimedia process from performing, like mediaplayer, flash animations and most other games.

And an unclosed hl.exe results in "Game not Available" errors, along with problems connecting to servers (it holds the port open, and nothing can use it)
