I can't stop laughing. Oh man that's good.
try looking before asking
AHAAHHHAHAHAHAHH
owned indeed.
Hmm, my avatar broke.
I don't care if you beleive, but when I read this I laughed so loud that my mother woke up and I had to hear a very long speech about being silent during the night and blablabla. Anyway, decompile the model, in the qc there are the sequences (= animations). You can add new anims there (stick to the sheme!) and view them in HLMV, but ingame these anims are coded so if you want an aniamtions for example a marine on the toilet (silly example, I know ) There is no way you could see this ingame, only if you replaced another animation with it. For creating anims use milkshape. (www.milkshape3d.com)
You can make new anims, and you can rename them, but that'll make not one blind bit of different to the HL engine, it'll read them off in order, regardless of name.
Hence the hassle with animation for us modelling types. Or hackjobbers
Hours of entertainment!

I don't know if it supports smds, but I hope so. Just try it, it's free anyway...
