  download a prog called wally. Open up wally open ur img then open ur pldecal.wad in ur ns folder and replace {new with ur pic with the the same name, {new

  i found wally harder to use, i prefer to use paint and i found some way to edit a edit a piece of the hl sdk thing i found off some website, and have it convert it with drag and drop. tutorial should be under google under the search: color logo tutorial

  Wizard >> HL Color Decal tool.
  Just copy your spray (with correct dimensions) and choose "clipboard" for source image.
