<div class="IPBDescription">Not about when, just about with what...</div>Ok, I'm not interested in knowing <i>when</i> it will be released, but a while back I remember either Flayra or MonsieurEvil talking about possible changes after the release like new flash intro, site overhaul, etc.  My question is are you going to hold back releasing NS so you can release a lot of "extras" (i.e. new site, trailers?, etc.) or are you just going to release the first version of NS and <i>then</i> worry about the other stuff?

    yeah i was thinking the same thing too...

    i think it would be nice if there are serious updates... (for example, i would love to see u guys do the media section just as you did with the -NS world- portion.)  so it has background info on forces... aliens... an marine types... !

    then post some more pics!!!!!!! nyeheheh

    Well - as you all can see I have no connection with any devs and this is just my assumption

    Since the demand for NS is great, I dont think they would delay the release of the game in order to rework thier website, or make a bunch of trailers/movies.  Seeing how MonsE does very little (  <!--emo&;)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'><!--endemo-->  ) he is probably making/planing on making PR for the release.  I dont know if that PR includes trailers but I dont think they would delay the release in order to redo thier site.

    We'll likely be doing a lot of the changes you mention, but we're not sure exactly when.  A lot of the work needed to rework the site will be done by the artists while a lot of the work left to do in NS is mine, so we may be able to do both without holding up NS at all.

    Version, I think they are both seperate entities.  The power armour is a universal upgrade, once its reasearched, all basic mariens get it as a form of armour.  That big ### suit is more like a piece of equipment, that the commander creates and drops for one specific marine.

    It would be a good idea that "partner websites" thing ^^

    The adress is sort of long, and if these ppl come through with a sweet upgrade like I know they will I'll be going up against my 5 meg limit.

    I once made a pretty cool looking website using nothing but tables. It had something like 27 pages and took up little over 50kb.

    Is the NSF site going to have a redesign at some point? No offense meant, but it doesn't look desperately good at the moment.

    I am quite aware of how bad it looks... I made it after all. I have had numerous offers to replace it and to that I say go ahead. I just checked with my ISP's page and I actuly I have 10 megs of which about 3 or so I would be happy to dedicate to NSF. On a related note using 8 very simple bitmaps I have confirmed to my self how to use tables to create nice borders. I thought something was weird for awhile but i'd just forgoten a <tr> tag.
