they're at 21pp/h, 16pp/h, and 10pp/h in order of when i got them

He still has forces on the planet, and he took the XP i could have had from taking it, when it was my planet. He 'generously' gave me planets 1-4 in my home system that he invaded and took over, killing my original ally. He has 'allowed me to live'. What a generous, compassionate fellow.
I want him to die, but he didn't let me get the XP to level up to level 1, so i cant recieve money from you guys to upgrade and eventually force him out of my system. So what the hell am i going to do now? I guess I will have to upgrade my biology and send an attack force to another system, but not take it.
What an ****.
edit: I dont think my message conveyed how much i really do hate this man. I LOATHE him with a fiery passion. I want his heart on a stake, and his fleets massacred, warped metal junk, floating through space with blood smeared through the Command Centres. I want his stolen planets running under my flag, or laid to waste!

I swear everywheree I go this guy or his ally has to attack me. I move to a brand new system. I dont even have enough for a level 1 star base. I just get done colonising and this other high level guy has to send a monster fleet at me.
Oh well at least this time Im somewhat prepaired with my own fleet.

That guy who has been systematically wiping me out planet by planet...
I built a level 9 star base. He sends in 17 destroyers, 10 transports, 4 battleships, 5 cruisers to finally finish me off.
I horded my PP while he built up for the final assault on me. Plus I have an extra 1,300 A$ from another SU I just sold.
Today 10 min ago he launches his fleet at me.
I spend my PP to get a level 13 star base.
hmmm too bad you cant recall your fleet.....

Burn do the math. here is a list of the SB level and the level of basic Attack Points (AP) you would need to destroy it. I am not factoring Physics or Math which change the outcome. A simple rule is always have 2 times the AP of his Defense DP.
1 D = 2 AP 1 C = 8 AP 1 BS = 36 AP

This is the bare minimum you would need to win with level 0 on both ends (attacker and defender). Each level of Math he has wouldn't make a difference to the SB, but if he has ships in orbit, they would be stronger. Every level of Physics you have would make your chances of winning even better!
Always send or try to send double the AP needed to beat the SB, you never know what he has in orbit!
