<div class="IPBDescription">sprite replacement</div> Hi!
The Ares-Clan has released a tool for showing how long a hive being built still takes to finish. There is also a percentage display above the hive symbol in the upper right corner. It is NOT a cheat, it's just a simpe replacement for the hiveinfo-sprites. Just extract the hiveinfo.spr in your \half-life\ns\sprites\ folder.
There are some ingame-screens:

but could you change the font to look a bit more
'kharaa-ish', it's far too clean and tsa-like currently
for my tastes.

Without a plugins it is inpossble to add more frames, but if somebody know how to code metamod plugins, com'on and do it <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
It does not replace a file and nothing changes in game...have I done something wrong?

Even metamod can't help you here: sprite drawing is handled completely by the client, and metamod can only modify server-side stuff.

yea there are some pretty funny .wavs for the hive if ya look in them, was there one that said i see dumb people? said something like that ^_^
I believe it said somewhere in one of the changelogs that they fixed it so the sound plays. It said something about how it plays rarely, but I've played the game for a long time and have never heard it. It does however play the sound if you start up a lan game and type spawnhive with sv_cheats on.
