    Um...huh? Reinstal? Very weird problem, you can't really have low gravity if it's not set by the server.

    exactly what kind of slowdown are you experiencing? Is it just that you move slowly? Do you fire slowly as well? Do your animations play at the normal speed?

    Are you sure that gravity is at its default (I think it's 800)? If so and you still have the same problems, are you running anything in Metamod? I personally find that running Metamod to use both RCbots and WhichBots in a solo LAN game results in matrix-style slow-motion deaths (slowed death animations and slow corpse falling to ground for things like skulks/lerks that were in midair at time of death)

    3) 1024 RAM (sd)
    4) sound blaster live


    Okay, the game is just SLOW the anims are slow i shoot slow i move slow, its not about gravity its just SLOW so it looks like you float.

    I can see EVERYONE else play at the normal speed its just anyhting that I do is SLOW

    1) can you talk to people, do they see you acting wierd?
    2) type net_graph 3 in the con and give us: Ping, Choke, PktLoss, FPS
    3) Start a LAN game and tell us what hapens
    4) try ther HL Mods and tell us what hapens
