<div class="IPBDescription">Hm</div> Anybody got experience with HLTV? I use to run them for other mods but NS i had a few problems, first off everybody crashed after joining the HLTV im still not sure why,
also whats some nice rates for it? i pretty much left all the defaults in hltv.cfg but it was still kinda buggy ;(
This was from a 3.1.1.0HLDS & Latest NS patch downloaded from redphive. (2.01)

Does HLTV take up a slot on the server?
Yes it does take up a slot on your server. Here is a FAQ from the creator of HLTV:
