Endgame Crashing

<div class="IPBDescription">help me please...</div> My NS has started to crash very consistently whenever a game is over. it goes something like this.
1.) Playing game.
2.) Some team wins.
3.) Game ends.
4.) Everyone goes to readyroom.
5.) Game crashes.
I get an error message that asks me if i want to terminate the program, or debug (i have MS visual studio installed). i click 'ok' to terminate, but it does nothing. i then have to ^alt+del to close hl.exe... after that everything is fine. the game runs wonderfully except for this.
i'm using steam on a win2kpro computer.
