Showing an eye of a monster is too vague for similarities.
There's a reference picture if u forgot how the eye looks like

The eye in the image in question isn't a modified version of the NS Fade eye, its more rounded/more human-eye shaped, and its not detailed as much.
it's an eye
touch it
It's called scales.
But... yeah, I think everything's used that to advertise.

Yes, stabbing it with a stick works.
OMG that font is such a ripoff.... even more so than the eye. I'm not actually saying the eye was ripped off but rather the whole concept of it.
I bet it's even got aliens and humans in it, God they are totally stealing our game and renaming it.
Well... trademarks only holds if the name is in the same business as the company that holds the trademark. The Natural Selection copyright only applies to games, therefore, the AvP game cannot use it.
"Natural Selection" is copyrighted in a Video game sense, but nothing else.
As far as the eye thing...Honestly, the eye, especially that of a monster isnt incredibly origional. Its been so over used in horror movie advertising it's almost cliche'. I'd be damn suprized if any of you had never seen an eye in an ad/poster/book cover etc. As cool as it is, its not origional enough to toss around claims of plagerism.
Indeed. Perhaps we should all be sued by whoever makes Godzilla movies? :P
Where would RAP music be if they never ripped someone elses songs.
