Error Loading Bitmap

<div class="IPBDescription">gives me a wierd message when i try to p</div> Hi im new to the forums but id like to figure out whats up with this error message.

Missing bitmap font: gfx\vgui\fonts\640_OverwatchScheme.tga

i was wondering if thats what gives you the cool aiming cursors or not cause all i get is the little dots and ive played NS somewhere else and the aiming cursors looked alot cooler and had all these crazy details and i was wondering what i can do to fix that error?

    The problem with the cursor is caused by running in Direct3D mode. I believe the error message you're getting is harmless.

    overwatch was an old old old (aka killed before the release of 1.0) feature. This is some sorta screwy legacy (so MAX, is THAT fixed? <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->)

    As for the recticules.

    Try running in OGL, D3D tends to just sorta suck (it gives me a wallhack when I usse it <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->)

    Just installed NS and walked through a few maps on my own no problem, although "missing bitmap font Overhead.tga(?)" happened while loading. But now when I try to connect to servers, after displaying "missing bitmap font Overhead.tga(?)" , it stops loading. Then on the servers I noticed they played with C-D required. I downloaded, installed it, ran it, then tried joing a server. Still get the hang art the same point after "missing bitmap font Overhead.tga(?)"
    Would reaaly appreesh any ideas
