    Just to mention the movie(Finding nemo by Pixar) was really cool (i've seen it 4 times an there is still 10 day before he gets in cinemas in my continete-europe) if u get the change go watch it.

    The artifacting is probably due to JPEG compression, not a hoax. Look at the other stuff in the picture, like text, or anywhere where there are clear lines and colors. JPEG has a tendency to do that because it is designed for photorealistic images. Any JPEG will have artifacts like this (unless no compression was used which is rare and useless to do).
