Hud Fonts Unreadable And Smaller Popup Sprites

Since I made several changes to my config settings, the scoreboard and hud fonts (the names and the team res and commander font) are 3px high and unreadable ! also, the popup sprites of both marines and aliens are too small (smaller than the font)
here is what it looks like:
