<div class="IPBDescription">With New Animations</div> Creditsu:
Model: Blackpanther
Skin(s): Spawn
Animations: Sushi
Model Tweaks: Sushi
LCD Numbers: Strykerwolf

Ok, I had a great liking to this model and planned to animate it. Nearly 6 months ago. So then I decided to animate it. But there were a couple of things I didn't like:

-The Counter since it wouldn't flow well. So I used Strykerwolf's poly-digital (individually modelled components) numbers off of his MA5B (Halo) Rifle. They worked like a charm.

-FOV (Field of Vision) Problems. It looked to thin at the end, so I made the forward parts of the model a bit fatter at the tip. This makes it look better, and opened a better position onscreen.

-The Pump since it never would be used as a grenade launcher (or will it...) or as a fuctioning part of the model, and holding it back would just make it look unrealistic. So I decided to just delete it controling bone and leave it at it's position. Yes, I will get rants about this.

So with that, I started to animate...tried to get the counter to function as much as possible with the current code and voila. You have the stuff you see before you.

I included the 2 other skins. The Black and Green cases, just open HLMV and import either skin over m41a1.bmp

No pix yet...

Technically this was first seen in Aliens. As the name of the first aliens movie was just "Alien" and alien 2 was named "Aliens"

wow, that skin is old, i did that 6 months ago at the start of my skining career.
  • Cheez1Cheez1 Join Date: 2003-01-28 Member: 12900Members
there's a bit of a flaw in the reload animation. Its a bit too slow so you can actually start shooting before the clip is actually in the gun. Not a terrible flaw, but still, every second counts in combat!

    it makes sense too
because of 1 alien in "Alien" a bunch of aliens in "Aliens" and one alien in "Alien3" and a bunch in "aliens ressurection"
