<div class="IPBDescription">Stuck</div> Ok, so I installed the newest Nvidia drivers and rebooted my pc, but after that, my monitor overflowed. So I started windows with the most recent config. But now I'm stuck in 16 color mode and 800 x 600.
As usual, windows help doesn't d o a sh*t for me.
So, can anyone help?

    ummm heres my suggestion

go and download the drivers for your video card from nvidia (but download the ones that arent the newest. like the one right before)
then right click my computer, go to properties, then hardware, then device manager, then go down to display adapters, then remove the vid drivers u already have installed. reboot your comp. when u reboot windows (if XP) will automatically realize whats happening and install some drivers for you (but they will be wicked old) so after windows installs some drivers for you, install the drivers you just d/led, and hopefully everything will work. if it does and you wanna try it out, try downloading the newest drivers again and installing them. if they dont work again just use the one-before-newest version drivers

(wow, with that english who would think i am in college)

Don't forget to make sure the drivers for your monitor are also updated. This can play havoc with max display resolutions, refresh rates, and max colors.

An easier way to get back to your old drivers is go to your video card in the hardware view and hit rollback driver.
