<div class="IPBDescription">Which one do you hate</div> I saw something like this on the PA forums... People posting which company slogan they hate.
The Mcdonalds slogan "I'm lovin it" really annoys me....loving what exactly? The food thats being compressed into a box the size of a matchbox perhaps? The milkshakes made of powder?
And they could at least try to spell it right, and not dumb it down to 5 year old level to act "cool" <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->
You know why I really hate Macdonalds lately? They make really pointless adverts, about "magic" and Ronald Mcdonald doing skating stunts.......Its a Fast Food chain! I just hate those commercials so much I start to twitch and the room spins, words cannot describe my hatred for McDonalds!
If I remember correctly, ati used this sentence (not slogan, just sentence) with the release of the Radeon. When the army and geico commercials are better than large corporations...it's time to fire your marketing team. Of course, stupid slogans never wanted me to purchase anything anyway. I'll buy what I want, when I can afford it...and your slogan's not going to change my mind.
...I'm also getting sick of the three word slogans. They came about because one researcher guy said people could remember 3 word phrases best. Well, I remember the Hardees "It's where the last place you'd go for a burger will become the first," better than any of the others, except maybe the Geico commercials, those are awesome <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo--> .

Yeah that Mcdonalds one is the worst ever.... And I noticed somthing, when they first started using it it was "I'am lovin' it" But now it's "I'm lovin' it". Strange huh? Maybe they are trying to save money by knocking a letter off of their slogan?
Oh yeah, not only does Macdonalds have a crappy slogan, their food blows. Burger king has the best Fries by far, while Checkers has the <b>BEST CHEESEBURGERS EVER!</b>

The other one I'm really starting to hate is that whole "It's okay, I had subway for lunch" thing. It was funny the first couple times but...they're runnin it into the ground.

The slogan itself is just too funny nowadays for me to really despise it... but I <i>abhor</i> the style of game ad this slogan appeared in. Grossly photoshopped images of what were once stereotypes of human beings, coupled with three tiny, one-inch screenshots. I hate TV commercials for games even more, what with the idiot day-actors jumping around trying to look like even bigger idiot Gen-X-ers. I mean, what the hell is this supposed to prove? Show me some footage of the **** GAME. MAYBE mix it with some sort of rendered CG or cartoon of the game's characters. That's IT. No painfully obtuse metaphors, no gross-out humor, and no freaking CLOWNS made to represent the types of rebel loosers with rich parents corporate **** <i>would like to believe</i> buy games.

I don't know about you, but everytime I turn the Weather Channel on to get the weather (god forbid if they ever do show it again) I see this god damn commercial. I mean, honestly, how many people are tunning into the Weather Channel thinking "Hmm, I wonder if I can find someplace that will give me a really bad loan even if I have sh*tty credit...".
Then there's the big fat guy, doesn't he need to make a living also. He used to be running a good business until this evil Ditech company came in the took it all away from him. God... that slogan is so right... they have basicly every game from FPS to simulations of stuff you could walk outside for free and do.
I'm so sick of that one, how I can NOT have looked at it latelty, you air your damn commercials every five minutes!

And there's a god damn man dressed up in an elephant suit dancing in the back ground. And then right at the end, you get a drawing of an elephant with "elephant.co.uk" right underneath it. AS IF WE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THE SITE WAS FROM THE 40 BILLION TIMES YOU SAID IT ARRRRGGGGGHHHHHH!
