EDIT: i hear some ppl will get to see it the 16 when they show all 3 movies at the same time
...wow. People take liking a series to a whole new level if they can watch the entire series in one day in a movie theater. I mean, I once watched all three Godfathers one Thanksgiving, but that was at my home where I was more free to get up and do things while watching. Watching three three+ hour movies in a movie theater would kill me (especially if it's the extended versions...).
and then vulgarities basically stating the same thing, 'be quiet', including Ess-Tee-Eff-You etc
and then throwing stuff like popcorn or skittles or peanut M&Ms (peanut M&Ms are best)
and then brawling outside.
but that last one only happened once, and i almost got arrested =\
Cannot wait for ROTK. <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

Well, I do think that they have like an hour break in between each movie but still, that's not much. I don't really understand how somebody's eyes can take that. <!--emo&???--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/confused.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='confused.gif'><!--endemo-->
About that 3 movie special thingy. Where I live they started selling tickets to the thing back in late July and they only sold them in person. I drove by the movie theater doing the special and to my disbelief saw a HUGE line of people out in front of the ticket booth the night before the tickets went on sale. They had everything; tents, sleeping bags, coolers, and I'm sure there were some mini-fridges in there somewhere. Needless to say the tickets were gone after the first couple of hours. Craziness.

Wouldn't surprise me any more than it did when Faramir said they were taking the hobbits to Osgiliath. <!--emo&::gorge::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/pudgy.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='pudgy.gif'><!--endemo-->
Gonna make it a point to show up early so as to get good seats to each movie. They offer a two hour break between the films, to grab lunch and take a break, or whatever. Its showing at my local mall too, so I can run around sharper image like a hooligan and play with the useless trendy gadgets, and visit EB <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
I would go so far as to venture that this is easily the greatest trilogy ever.
And what have I learned from all these movies and books?

I will get you a ticket to the same premiere I'm going to if you promise to keep the crowd quiet. You'll have to pay for your plane ticket, though.
Oh, and 32 hours left.

Saruman will not be appearing in the movie, if that was the one you were talking about.
I've got my ticket for tommorow. I've read all the books before anyway, But its awesome to see it all come to life. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
i just hate when people talk during movies.. i have no qualms whatsoever with telling people to shut up. or shutting them up, if i match up okay.
What I didn't like in the fellowship is the end part, from the moment they get on that boat. It's just sooo long. The rest was just well made, but the end was quite too long. I rather enjoyed the beginning though, it's not too long and discouraging as the book version is.
In the TT, I didn't like the ents. Though that's what they really are, they're just too slow. I never liked the fact you passed from Helm's Deep to the Ents. The Ent on fire was funny though <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
Oh well, I'm surely going to watch it this weekend, though I still didn't see Killbill pt 1 and also really want to see it. Either that, or both of them <!--emo&::nerdy::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/nerd.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='nerd.gif'><!--endemo-->
crowds DO suck, but getting to see all the die-hards dressed in costumes is like a whole other show included with your admission... =P
