    I saw the midnight showing last night. I'm still a little groggy.

    It was excellent - far more faithful to the source than the second movie was. Denethor was a bit over the top and Faramir was a bit too much of a wussy daddy's boy, but other than that, no real complaints about how they portrayed the various characters. As for important bits of storyline, they only left out three major scenes from the book, and it looked to me like if they so chose they could very cleanly insert them into the extended version, so I await that quite eagerly.

    it was teh **** awesome GFG!!!during the movie i felt like standing up and yelling


    "FOR *****!!!!!
