Ns Lags During Fights....

<div class="IPBDescription">Jumpy ping and lag during fights</div> I usually ping to servers way under 100 alright but when I join games, my ping is so variable that it jumps between 50 and 600... When it goes unusually high its when I'm in a battle, otherwise the lowest pings I get is in the team selection room... When I'm in a battle the lag gets so horrible that as a marine I can't aim skulks because they are warping around so crazy that its impossible to hit...
However I get super good fps since my new computer is a P4 2.8Ghz w/ a Radeon 9800, but its just disturbing to get such horrible lag... this does seem to be the only game that lags even on the best servers(I don't see even CS lag as much)

tell us what connection you have and what are the values of your CVARS like rate, cl_rate etc.
if you don't give us any info how do u expect us to help u?
Don't reinstall NS, it won't help but I guess you can if you want.
This will fix your lag problem while in battle.
