Invincible Hive?

Shooting has no affect on hive.
Well I had a playtest on my map last night, has anyone ever heard or known of a problem that causes a hive to be invincible to gunfire? Nades fly right thru it, bullets go thru it. You can stand on the hive, knife it, siege it, but you cant shoot it. Anyways, its annyoying to say the least. I thought it was a server issue. But I launched from the ns.exe and set it up. Sv_cheats is set to 0, so I am confused. The only other thing I can think of is that the null brush that is tied to info_location entity, runs thru the hive (just barely clips it). Would that have an affect on it? Anyways, help on this would be greatly appreciated.

This sounds like the invincible hive bug which is entirely unrelated to mapping.
Have you tried putting mp_drawdamage on to see if the damage is registering or have you tried recompiling it again, just incase there was a fault with the compiler?
No, the .dlls will make no difference to your compile.
mp_drawdamage is a console command. Bring down the console (~) and type "mp_drawdamage 1" (Without the "'s, obviously). This isn't on by default since what it does is displays the damage you do. If you bite something as a skulk it'll put up a message saying (75.0 damage) and the like. It's handy to either test weapon damage or to see if you're actually hitting something. Doesn't work online, however, so just leave it set as 1.
if he tested it alone there is no other possibility than sv_cheats is 1. or have you ever tried to build a siege with sv_cheats 0?
